    ALDIOUS (アルディアス)

    ■2008年にYoshi(G)を中心に大阪で結成されたガールズ・ヘヴィメタル・バンド。2010年7月にシングル『Defended Desire』でデビュー。10月には1stアルバム『Deep Exceed』をリリース、オリコン・インディーズ・アルバム週間ランキング1位を達成したのをはじめ、オリコン週間15位/デイリー7位を記録した。その後も順調にリリースとツアーを重ね、今までに6枚のアルバムと1枚のEP、2枚のミニアルバムをリリース。中でも3rdアルバム『District Zero』はインディーズのガールズ・バンドとしてはオリコン史上初となるオリコン週間7位/デイリー4位を達成した。
    ■2015年4月にMarina(Ds)が加入、2016年には「SUMMER SONIC 2016」をはじめ、「LOUD PARK 16」「VISUAL JAPAN SUMMIT 2016」と大型フェスに出演。2017年には「Summer Sonic Shanghai 2017」に出演し、初の海外ライヴと全国47全国都道府県ワンマンツアーを敢行。
    ■2019年4月には、ゲストボーカリストにCYNTIA(活動休止中)のSAKI、そしてテレビ東京「THE カラオケ★バトル」(2018年度優勝)やテレビ朝日「音楽チャンプ」(2018年度優勝)に出演、「進撃の巨人 2nd Season」劇場版の劇中歌、機動戦士ガンダムNTの劇伴メインテーマを担当したシンガーソングライターのR!Nを迎えて全国ツアーを追加3公演を含む、全48公演を慣行。途中8月にR!N(Vo)が加入、現体制となる。
    ■2020年3月には、7thアルバムとなるリレコーディング・ベストアルバム『Evoke 2010-2020』をリリース、8月には自身初となる無観客ライヴを配信。
    9月には8thアルバムとなるリレコーディング・ベストアルバム第2弾『EvokeⅡ 2010-2020』をリリース。
    ■2021年3月~昨年の振替公演を含む全39箇所を廻る全国ツアーを開始。6月にR!N(Vo)が精神的なストレスから緊急入院、脱退。7月からゲストヴォーカリストとしてソロシンガーの大山まきを迎えてライヴツアーを続行中。 
    ■2022年1月、2021年8月の東京公演を全曲映像化したライヴ作品(Blu-ray&DVD)『Aldious Tour 2020-2021“Unlash” Live at LIQUIDROOM』を、Aldious with Maki Oyama名義でリリース(VAA OFFICIAL STORE限定販売)。

    ■2008年
    ・2008年6月、Rami(Vo)とYoshi(G)を中心に大阪で結成。11月、コンピレーションアルバム『Red Hot Burning Hell Vol.16』に参加。

    ■2009年
    ・1月、トキ(G)が加入し、同年11月に、Aldiousの初単独音源となる4曲入りEP『Dear Slave』を自主制作にてリリース、各メタル系専門店でソールド・アウトとなる。

    ■2010年
    ・1月、Aruto(Ds)が加入、3月には初期メンバーであったサワ(B)が再加入して5人編成となり、同時にガールズ・メタル・レーベル「Bright Star Records」を立ち上げる。
    ・4月に洋楽レーベル「Spinning」初の邦楽アーティストとして契約。ウェブを中心に話題を集める中、7月にシングル『Defended Desire』でデビュー。オリコン・インディーズ・シングル週間ランキング4位、オリコン・シングル週間ランキング49位、デイリーランキング24位のスマッシュ・ヒットに。
    ・10月、待望のフルアルバム『Deep Exceed』をリリース、オリコン・インディーズ・アルバム週間ランキング1位を達成したのをはじめ、オリコン・アルバム週間ランキング15位、デイリーランキング7位を記録。続く11月から12月にかけて東京、名古屋で行われたライヴのチケットはすべてソールド・アウト、大阪/心斎橋クラブクアトロでは初のワンマンライブを敢行、満員御礼となる。

    ■2011年
    ・1月には日本テレビ「スッキリ!!」、フジテレビ「めざにゅ~」に出演。知名度を上げていきながら、4月に2ndシングル『Mermaid』をリリース(オリコン・デイリー16位、ウィークリー20位、インディーズ・ウィークリー1位)。同時に初のワンマンツアーを渋谷/心斎橋/名古屋の各クラブクアトロで行い、全公演満員御礼。
    ・10月には日本テレビ「ハッピーMusic」に出演、2ndアルバム 『Determination』をリリース(オリコン・デイリー8位、ウィークリー13位、インディーズ・ウィークリー2位)。また、『Determination』の収録曲「Spirit Black」がCX フジテレビ「志村軒」の11月度のエンディング・テーマとして決定。11月から12月にかけて渋谷O-EAST公演を含む全国6か所のワンマンツアーを開催、各地で満員御礼。

    ■2012年
    ・5月にアンコール公演として、赤坂BLITZ(東京)、CLUB Diamond Hall(愛知)、BIG CAT (大阪)の東名阪ワンマンツアーを敢行、ライヴDVD『Determination Tour 2011~Live at Shibuya O-EAST~』をリリース(オリコンDVD音楽週間ランキング2位)。
    ・6月をもってRamiが病気のため脱退するも、バンド側は楽曲制作を続けながらヴォーカリストを探し、8月に新ヴォーカリストとしてRe:NO(リノ)が加入。新生アルディアスとして最初の音源となる3rdシングル『White Crow』を11月にリリース、シングルとしては自己最高位のオリコン・シングル週間ランキング19位、デイリーランキング14位(オリコン・インディーズ・シングル週間ランキング3位)を記録。
    ・11月中旬にはジ・アゴニストの来日ツアーのゲストとして、渋谷O-EAST(東京)、名古屋CLUB QUATTRO(愛知)、BIG CAT(大阪)に出演。さらに11月下旬から12月にかけて、渋谷O-EAST公演を含む全国5か所のツアーを開催。年末には日本テレビ「ハッピーMusic」に再び出演。

    ■2013年
    ・5月、3rdアルバム『District Zero』をリリース。このアルバムは、インディーズのガールズ・バンドとしてはオリコン史上初となるオリコン・デイリー4位、ウィークリー7位を達成(インディーズ・ウィークリーは2位)。また、『District Zero』の収録曲「Scrash」がTBS系テレビ「ランク王国」、6・7月度のエンディングテーマ曲として決定。
    ・7月から9月にかけては渋谷O-EAST公演を含む全国10か所のワンマンツアーを開催、イベント「淳の休日~大人の文化祭~」、音楽フェスティバル「HAMMER BALL 2013」「聖地巡礼!! 2013 ~夏休み合宿編~」にも出演。
    ・早くも10月にはバンド初の両A面シングルとなる4thシングル『ドミネーター / アイ・ドント・ライク・ミー』をリリース(オリコン・デイリー10位、ウィークリー12位、インディーズ・ウィークリー1位)。特にバラード曲「アイ・ドント・ライク・ミー」が、USENリクエスト J-POP HOT30チャンネルで16位までランクアップ、新たなファン層を拡げていく中、11月から初の岡山、香川公演を含む全国8か所のワンマンツアーを敢行。

    ■2014年
    ・2月に追加公演を名古屋CLUB QUATTROと梅田CLUB QUATTROで行い、東京ではライヴ・イベント「PURE ROCK JAPAN LIVE 〜EXTRA vol.1〜」に出演。そしてRe:NO加入後初の映像作品となるライヴDVD『ディストリクト・ゼロ・ツアー ~ライヴ・アット・渋谷O-EAST~』をリリース(オリコンDVD音楽週間ランキング5位)。
    ・5月には5thシングル『アザー・ワールド』をリリース。また、レジェンドと新進気鋭の2つのバンドが出演する新しいライヴ企画「BRAVE METAL HEART Vol. 1」と題したEARTHSHAKERとの2マンライヴを開催、満員御礼に。6月には4thアルバム『Dazed and Delight』をリリース。テレビ東京系全国ネット「超流派」の7月のエンディングテーマ曲として「ドミネーター」が決定。7月から8月にかけては初の石川、岩手公演、そして神奈川・CLUB CITTA’公演を含む全国14か所のワンマンツアーを敢行。
    ・9月からライヴイベント「GRACE ROCK MUSEUM」(出演:Aldious / LoVendoЯ)、「大冠祭 2014 ~メタル縛り~」(出演:THE冠/Aldious/NoGoD/SEX MACHINEGUNS/人間椅子/OUTRAGE)、「アニソンロック 2014」(出演:堀江 美都子/川田 まみ/黒崎 真音/Aldious/上坂すみれ)に出演。10月には「BRAVE METAL HEART Vol. 2」と題したOUTRAGEとの2マンライヴを開催、こちらも満員御礼に。


    ■2015年
    ・2月 ライヴDVD『ライヴ・ツアー 2014 “デイズド・アンド・ディライト” ~ライヴ・アット・クラブチッタ~』をリリース(オリコンDVD音楽週間ランキング8位)。
    ・4月 新ドラマーとしてMarinaが加入。
    ・7月 ニューシングル『die for you / Dearly / Believe Myself』 をリリース(オリコン・デイリー7位、ウィークリー14位)。
    ・8月 Marina加入後、初の東名阪ツアーを渋谷/名古屋/梅田クラブクアトロにて開催。
    ・12月 1年半ぶりとなる5thアルバム『Radiant A』をリリース(オリコン・ウィークリー16位)。そして沖縄を皮切りに、全国21カ所以上の国内ツアーを開始。

    ■2016年
    ・5月~9月 東京・豊洲PIT公演を含む、ライヴ・ツアー「Aldious LIVE 2016」(全16公演)を開催。
    ・8月 「SUMMER SONIC 2016」(SONIC STAGE)へ出演。
    ・10月~12月 ライヴ・ツアー「Aldious LIVE TOUR “Female Warrior”」(全5公演)を開催。
    ・10月 さいたまスーパーアリーナで行われた日本最大級のメタルフェス「LOUD PARK 16」と、幕張メッセ国際展示場で行われたヴィジュアル系フェス「VISUAL JAPAN SUMMIT 2016」に出演。ライヴDVD『Radiant A Live in TSUTAYA O-EAST』をリリース(オリコン週間DVD音楽ランキング7位)。ニューシングル『Female Warrior/ノスタルジック/fragile』をリリース(オリコン・ウィークリー42位)。
    ・12月 X JAPANのギタリストhideのバースデーイベント「hide Birthday Party 2016」に出演。

    ■2017年
    ・3月 5thアルバム『Radiant A』をイギリス・EUにてリリース。
    ・4月~11月 東京・ディファ有明公演を含む、全国47全国都道府県ワンマンツアー「Aldious Tour 2017」(全50公演)を開催。渋谷TSUTAYA O-EASTにて開催されたファッション・ブランド「Zephyren (ゼファレン)」主催のライヴ・イベント「Zephyren presents A.V.E.S.T project vol.10」に出演。
    ・5月 6thアルバム『Unlimited Diffusion』をリリース(オリコン・ウィークリー13位) 。CLUB CITTA'で開催されたライヴ・イベント「PURE ROCK JAPAN LIVE 2017」に出演。
    ・8月 東京・豊洲PITで開催されるPPP[Pre Party in PIT] road to SS2017、東京・新木場STUDIO COASTで開催される「hide presents MIX LEMONeD JELLY 2017」に出演が決定。
    ・9月 「Summer Sonic Shanghai 2017」に出演し、初の海外ライヴを敢行。
    ・10月 6月に開催した東京・ディファ有明公演を映像化したライヴDVD『Live Unlimited Diffusion』をリリース(オリコン週間DVD音楽ランキング5位)。さいたまスーパーアリーナで行われた日本最大級のメタルフェス「LOUD PARK 17」に昨年に続き出演(2017年はオープニングアクト)。
    ・11月 初のミニアルバム『We Are』をリリース。

    ■2018年
    ・3月 6thアルバム『Unlimited Diffusion』、ミニアルバム『We Are』をイギリス・EUにてリリース。
    ・4月~11月 Aldious Tour 2018 “We Are”を開催。     
    ・11月 7月に開催した東京・LIQUIDROOM公演を映像化したライヴDVD『Aldious Tour 2018 “We Are” Live at LIQUIDROOM』、2ndミニアルバム『ALL BROSE』をリリース。11/20日(火)~12/月2(日)まで東京・「エンタバアキバ by WonderGOO / SHINSEIDO」にて、初の「Aldious展」を開催。
    ・12月 Aldious Tour 2018 “We Are”の追加公演を大阪・名古屋・東京で開催。この3公演をもってRe:NOが耳管開放症(じかんかいほうしょう)により脱退。初のミュージック・ビデオ集『Music Video Collection』をリリース。

    ■2019年
    ・2月 2ndミニアルバム『ALL BROSE』のアナログ盤をイギリス・EUにてリリース。
    ・4月 Re:NOが在籍した最後の公演となった東京・TSUTAYA O-EAST公演を映像化した、Aldious初のBlu-ray作品『Aldious Tour 2018 “We Are” ~Final~ Live at TSUTAYA O-EAST』をオフィシャル・ファンクラブ「REAL-DIOUS」会員限定リリース。 
    ・4月~12月 「Aldious Tour 2019 “Evoke”」(全国45公演)、及び追加3公演(東名阪)を開催。4月~7月までの公演のゲスト・ヴォーカリストとして、ガールズロックバンド「CYNTIA」(活動休止中)のVoのSAKI と、「進撃の巨人 2nd Season」劇場版の劇中歌、機動戦士ガンダムNTの劇伴メインテーマを担当したシンガーソングライターのR!Nが各公演ごとに出演。
    ・6月 トキが妊娠のためライヴ活動を休止。ゲスト・ギタリストとしてNarumiを迎え、ツアーを続行。
    ・8月 R!N(Vo)が正式加入。

    ■2020年
    ・3月11日(水)~3月22日(日)の期間、新宿マルイ アネックス6階の店内スペース「Space ONE」にて、「Aldious展~Evoke 2020 at Shinjuku Marui Annex~」を開催。
    ・3月 7thアルバムとなるリレコーディング・ベストアルバム『Evoke 2010-2020』をリリース。
    ・8月 自身初となる無観客ライヴを配信。
    ・9月 8thアルバムとなるリレコーディング・ベストアルバム第2弾『EvokeⅡ 2010-2020』をリリース。
    ・10月 無観客ライヴDVD『Aldious Debut 10th Anniversary No Audience Live 2020』を通販限定でリリース。

    ■2021年
    ・1月 所属事務所VAAから独立、新事務所を設立。メンバーを主軸とした活動をスタート。
    ・3月 Aldious初の配信限定シングル「Show Down」「Freedom」をリリース。
    ・3月~2020年の延期公演を含む、全国39箇所を廻るワンマンツアー「Aldious Tour 2020-2021 “Unlash”」をスタート。
    ・6月 R!N(Vo)が精神的なストレスから緊急入院、脱退。
    ・7月 7月1日(木)から、ゲストヴォーカリストとしてソロシンガーの「大山まき」を迎えてライヴツアー「Aldious Tour 2020-2021 “Unlash”」を続行。 

    ■2022年
    ・1月 2021年8月の東京・恵比寿LIQUIDROOM公演を全曲映像化したライヴ作品(Blu-ray&DVD)『Aldious Tour 2020-2021“Unlash” Live at LIQUIDROOM』を、Aldious with Maki Oyama名義でリリース。


    ■2008

    ALDIOUS joined forces in Osaka, Japan, back in June 2008, with Rami on vocals and Yoshi on guitar. In November 2008, 2 of their songs were featured on a compilation album titled “Red Hot Burning Hell Vol.16″.

    ■2009

    In January 2009 Toki (guitar) joined the band prior to the band’s self-produced first 4-song EP titled “Dear Slave” which was released in November of the same year. “Dear Slave” was well received and sold out in many metal music stores around Japan.

    ■​2010

    ALDIOUS was officially formed upon the return of original bass player Sawa, along with the addition of Aruto on drums in March 2010. The band also launched a label specializing in girls metal called “Bright Star Records” at this time. As the band started to gain recognition on the Internet, in April 2010 ALDIOUS signed with Spinning as the first domestic girls metal band for the label and released their first single “Defended Desire” in July. The single ranked 4th on the weekly ORICON indie chart, 49th on the weekly singles chart and 24th on the daily chart.

    Following their single, ALDIOUS released their first full album “Deep Exceed” in October. The album successfully topped the weekly ORICON indie album chart, as well as ranking into 15th on the weekly album chart and 7th on the daily chart. Following the release, ALDIOUS performed sold out shows in Tokyo and Nagoya, also performing their first solo show at the Osaka Club Quattro which also sold out.

    ■​2011

    In January 2011, ALDIOUS made appearances on two popular TV show called “Sukkiri” (Nippon Television) and “MezaNew” (Fuji Television), successfully gaining a stronger fan base. In April 2011, the band released their second single “Mermaid” which ranked into 16th (daily), 20th (weekly) and 1st (weekly indie) on the ORICON charts. ALDIOUS went on to perform on their first solo tour, playing in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka, in which all shows successfully sold out. Later the same year in October, ALDIOUS appeared on popular TV show “Happy Music” (Nippon Television) prior to releasing their second album “Determination” which ranked into 8th (daily), 13th (weekly) and 2nd (weekly indie) on the ORICON charts. The song “Spirit Black” from the album was used as the ending theme for the TV show “Shimura Ken” (Fuji Television).

    ALDIOUS went on to do a 6-city sold out tour in November to December, including renowned venues such as the Shibuya O-East in Tokyo.

    ■​2012

    In May 2012, ALDIOUS conducted an encore tour, performing in yet bigger venues such as the Akasaka BLITZ in Tokyo, CLUB Diamond Hall in Nagoya, and the BIGCAT in Osaka. ALDIOUS then went on to release a live DVD featuring their show at Shibuya O-EAST during their 2011Determination Tour. The DVD ranked in the ORICON charts at 2nd for music DVDs and 6th among all DVD titles. Following the tour, lead vocalist Rami parted ways with the band due to personal health issues. Despite Rami’s withdrawal from the band, ALDIOUS continued their songwriting while searching for a new singer. ALDIOUS recruited Re:NO as their new singer in August, and went on to release their 3rd single “White Crow”. The single ranked into the ORICON charts at 19th on the weekly singles chart, 14th on the daily charts and 3rd on the weekly indie singles chart.

    In November the band went on tour with THE AGONIST as a supporting band, performing in Tokyo (Shibuya O-East), Nagoya (Club Quattro), and Osaka (Osaka Big Cat).

    ALDIOUS also went on for a solo tour from the end of November, playing in 5 cities including the Shibuya O-East in Tokyo. ALDIOUS also made their second appearance on the TV show “Happy music” in December.

    In May 2013, the band released their 3rd Album “District Zero” which accomplished a remarkable ranking of 4th on the ORICON daily chart and 7th on the weekly chart. This marked a new record for an all girls band from an independent label in the history of the ORICON charts. The song “Scrash” from the album “District Zero” was used as the ending theme for the TV program “Ranking Kingdom” on TBS for June and July.

    ALDIOUS then went out on the District Zero Tour starting in July, performing in 10 cities around Japan, including venues such as the Shibuya O-East in Tokyo. The band also made appearances at various events and festivals including the Hammerball 2013 Festival. ALDIOUS released their next double A-side single “Dominator / I Don’t Like Me” in October. The single ranked into 10th (daily), 12th (weekly) and 1st (weekly indie) on the ORICON charts. The ballad “I Don’t Like Me” was on high demand for requests on the USEN J-POP HOT 30, ranking in at #16 on the chart, creating a new fan base for the band. ALDIOUS went on an 8-city solo tour in November, with shows for the first time in cities such as Kagawa and Okayama.

    ■​2014

    In February 2014, ALDIOUS held extra shows at the Nagoya Club Quattro and Osaka Umeda Club Quattro before taking part in the Pure Rock Japan Extra Vol.1 Festival. The band released another live DVD titled “District Zero Tour ~Live at Shibuya O-East~” which was their first live DVD featuring Re:NO on vocals. The DVD ranked in the ORICON charts at 5th for music DVDs and 6th among all DVD titles.

    The band released their next single “Another World” in May 2014. The band also performed a successful sold out show with legendary Japanese rock band EARTHSHAKER before releasing their 4th album “Dazed and Delight”. The song “Dominator” was featured as an ending theme for a TV series on TV TOKYO in July. ALDIOUS went out on a solo tour to 14 venues, including shows in Ishikawa and Iwate prefectures, as well as a show at the Club Citta in Kawasaki. ALDIOUS also made appearances at various events and festivals including the “Grace Rock Museum”, as well as a metal festival with renowned metal acts such as THE KANMURI, NoGoD, SEX MACHINEGUNS, NINGEN ISU and OUTRAGE, “Ani-Song-Rock 2014″, and a successful sold out show with veteran thrashers OUTRAGE.

    In November 2014, drummer Aruto departed from the band after announcing her marriage and retirement from the music industry. The band will be doing a show for the KERA SHOP ARENA OSAKA Fashion Show in December with a fill-in drummer for the show.

    ■​2015

    In February, Aldious released a live DVD “Dazed and Delight ~Live at Club CITTA~” charted 8th in ORICON Music DVD ranking.
    Aldious welcomed MARINA as the new drummer of the band in April.

    Releasing a new single “die for you/ Dearly/ Believe Myself” in July (Ranked 7th place in Oricon Daily charts, 14th place in Oricon weekly chart).
    Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka live tour was successfully held in cities such as Shibuya, Nagoya, and Umeda club Quatro in August. Making this the first tour since MARINA had joined Aldious.

    In December, after a year and a half Aldious released their 5th album “Radiant A” (Ranked 16th place in ORICON weekly chart). Aldious went onto their live tour starting in Okinawa, finishing with total 21 shows around the nation.

    ■​2016

    Starting in May till the final in September, Aldious had their live tour “Aldious Live 2016” (total 16 shows) including the show at the Tokyo Toyosu PIT.
    Aldious had performed in an event called “SUMMER SONIC 2016” (Sonic Stage).

    In October to December, Aldious held their live tour “ALDIOUS LIVE TOUR ‘Female Warrior’” (Total 5 shows)

    During October, Aldious was invited to perform at the “LOUD PARK 16”, the biggest Japanese metal rock festival, in Saitama Super Arena and a visual kei event “VISUAL JAPAN SUMMIT 2016” held at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall.

    A live DVD “Radiant A Live in TSUTAYA O-EAST” was released, ranking in to the ORICON music DVD chart as 7th place. New Single “Female Warrior/ Nostalgic/ fragile” was released also in October, ranked 42nd in ORICON weekly chart.

    Aldious was invited to perform at “hide’s Birthday Party 2016”, celebrating the birthday of hide, a late guitarist from a band called X JAPAN.

    ■​2017

    In March, Aldous’s 5th album “Radiant A “was released in the U.K. and the countries in the E.U.

    Starting in April to November, including the show in Tokyo DIFFER Ariake, Aldious will be holding a nationwide live tour “Aldious Live 2017” visiting all 47 prefectures (over 50 shows).

    At Shibuya TSUTAYA O-EAST, Aldious performed in “Zephyren Presents A.V.E.S.T project vol.10”. An event produced by a clothing line “Zephyren”.

    After releasing their 6th album “Unlimited Diffusion” (Ranked 13th place in ORICON weekly chart) in May, Aldious was invited to perform at “PURE ROCK JAPAN LIVE 2017” held in Club CITTA.

    In August, Aldious will be on stage at “the PPP (Pre Party in PIT) road to SS2017” held in Tokyo Toyosu PIT, and also in “hide presents MIX LEMONeD JELLY 2017” held at Tokyo Shinkiba STUDIO COAST.
